Book Launch Event for The Color of Courage
hosted by the
Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C.
December 4, 2014

KulskiEventFlyer9b-2014-12-2Digital-rOn the evening of Thursday, December 4, 2014, the Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C. hosted a book launch event entitled "A Conversation with Author Julian Kulski about his new book The Color of Courage" with Polish Defense Attache Brigadier General Jaroslaw Strozyk and Aquila Polonica Publishing President Terry Tegnazian," followed by a fabulous dinner reception.

Polish Ambassador Ryszard Schnepf welcomed the audience of more than 100 who packed the elegant room in the Polish Embassy, with thoughtful, heartfelt introductory remarks about the importance of Mr. Kulski's book and how it reminds us of the fragility of world peace.

Ms. Tegnazian and General Strozyk shared the duties of interviewer, drawing Mr. Kulski out to share with the audience the experiences chronicled in his diary.

The program included several video elements. In addition to the book trailer, which was screened continuously before the program began as audience members filtered into the room and found seats, three of the eleven Digital Extras in the book were also screened: German Victory Parade, Warsaw, October 5, 1939; Katyn Forest Massacre: Masked Man Testifies; 1944 Warsaw Uprising: Polish Underground Army Radio Broadcast.
