December 5–7, 2025 – Washington, D.C. – Polish Perspectives Booth at 2025 NCSS Conference – Once again, Aquila Polonica was pleased to donate several of its books and other materials for the Polish Perspectives booth at the 2025 Annual Conference of the National Council for the Social Studies. From our online store we donated a 303 Squadron tote bag in white, a Polish Underground jigsaw puzzle, and an Aquila Polonica Eagle mouse pad in red. Written materials donated by us as handouts included our “Poland in WWII–An Overview” flyer and our “Poland in WWII–Quick Facts” flyer. Almost all the books were gone by the end of the first day, and one lucky professor was chosen to receive all three items from our online store.

Founded in 1921, National Council for the Social Studies is the largest professional association in the country devoted solely to social studies education. The NCSS membership represents K-12 classroom teachers, college and university faculty members, curriculum designers and specialists, social studies supervisors, and leaders in the various disciplines that constitute the social studies.

Thanks to Cecilia Glembocki, booth organizer, for sharing some photos with us!
